New to the Neighborhood
Dear Neighbor,
Whether you have been in the neighborhood just a few weeks or a few years, we at the Center for Dental Health would like to introduce you to our practice.
After everything has settled down, one of the decisions you will have to make is finding a dentist for you and your family. Without the advice of a trusted friend who may know a local dentist, you may be faced with choosing a name at random from the telephone directory. We are writing to make that decision in a manner more in keeping with your expectations of high quality dental care.
We provide individual care for all members of your family. Our comprehensive dental services include preventive (teeth cleaning with exam, sealants, fluoride treatment), restorative (fillings and crowns to fix decayed, chipped or broken teeth), cosmetic (tooth whitening, tooth colored fillings, and veneers to enhance your smile), and prosthetic (natural looking bridges, partials and dentures to replace any missing teeth). We further offer prompt emergency care and accept most dental insurance.
We feel that you should be able to talk to a dentist in person, to find out if his is the practice that your family will feel comfortable with. Ideally, the conversation should also include an examination to determine what treatment, if any, should be done to maintain your dental health.
With this in mind, we would like to offer you an initial courtesy consultation for adults and children. In this way, you may, at no cost to you, decide whether this is the practice for you.
For more information, please call Dr. Chopra at (513) 871-4411 or (937) 382-3008 to schedule an appointment to your convenience. We look forward to meeting you.
Warmest regards,
M. Chopra BDS, DMD, FADI
